Our environment includes distractions every day.  Some we are not even aware of and many we have not control over. With mental training skills however, you can have control on how those distractions can affect you.

Internal Distractions

Internal distractions are ones such as confidence, expectations and social influences. What are some internal distractions that you find disruptive to your performance and how can you use mental training skills to help with them?



External Distractions

External distractions are ones such as umpires, field conditions, equipment, team mates, spectators and opponents. What are some external distractions that you find disruptive to your performance and how can you use mental training skills to help with them?
